Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, ’73 J.D.

Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand retired after serving on the South Bend Common Council for 42 years. Her tenure as Council Attorney is a record in the state of Indiana. She served with six different administrations in South Bend dating back to the 1972-1976 administration up through current administration under Mayor Pete Buttigieg.
