In Memoriam: Gerald G. Vairo, ’62 BA, ’64 J.D.

It is with great sadness that the law school announces the passing of Gerald Vairo of Lake Linden, Michigan on September 8, 2017. In 1965 Gerry began his law career with the law firm of Messner & Labine in Houghton, Michigan. Later he became the senior member and partner of the law firm of Vairo, Mechlin, Tomasi, Johnson and Manchester for 50 years with offices in Houghton and Calumet.
