Christopher R. Drewry, ’07 J.D.

Latham & Watkins, LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher Drewry has been promoted to partner in its Chicago office. Drewry is a member of the Corporate Department who represents large multinational corporations and private equity sponsors in negotiated and hostile public and private M&A transactions. He has substantial experience advising special committees of boards of directors in conflict of interest transactions and counseling boards and senior management on corporate governance and takeover defense matters, including shareholder activism.
