Brian E. Hammell, ’03 BA, ’06 J.D.

The firm of Sullivan & Worcester is pleased to announce that Brian Hammell has been named a partner in the firm’s Tax Department in Boston. Hammell has experience advising publicly traded and closely held business entities, including real estate investment trusts, in multiple areas including issues related to mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations, secured lending, debtor and creditor rights, and other commercial transactions and disputes. In addition to his J.D. from NDLS, Hammell earned his Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. He is an Executive Advisory Board Member of the Notre Dame Law Association and a member of the Notre Dame Club of Boston.
