Timothy J. Howard, ’76 J.D.

Timothy Howard, a partner at Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC, has been elected President of the Peoria County Bar Association. Howard has practiced law in Peoria since 1976 and for the last twenty-five years he has concentrated on commercial litigation and banking law.
