AAJ Trial Team Wins National Competition

An NDLS American Association of Justice (AAJ) Trial Team won the 2013 AAJ Student Trial Advocacy National Competition held recently in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The team previously won the Regional Competition held in Louisville, Kentucky. The team advanced to the National Competition after unanimously defeating their regional opponent by a 3-0 decision. Notre Dame successfully defended its regional victory, also winning the 2012 AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Regional Competition.

This year, the team’s unanimous victories continued at Nationals. Between Regional and National competitions, the team scored an 11-0 decision.

The winning 2013 AAJ National Competition team is comprised of students Brian Salvi, Sheila Prendergast, Michelle Pope, Kristian Weir, Brian Ellixson, Ted Koroshetz, Andrew Spica, and Bryan Pasciak.
