Professor Judith Fox Gives Presentation On Predatory Lending

Professor Judith Fox delivered a presentation on “Predatory lending: A Civil Rights Threat” to the 39th Annual Indiana Consortium of State and Local Human Rights Agencies June 21.

Professor Fox is a Clinical Professor of Law at Notre Dame, where she runs the Economic Justice Project at the Notre Dame Clinical Law Center. Her advocacy and research focus on issues of predatory lending, primarily in the housing market. She is on the Advisory Board of the Indiana Foreclosure Legal Assistance Program, the predatory lending committee of the Bridges Out of Poverty Initiative and the National Association of Consumer Lawyers.
