Professor Garnett Authors Amicus Brief

Professor and associate dean Richard W. Garnett was counsel of record for amicus curiae the American Center for School Choice in the Supreme Court’s recently decided taxpayer standing and Establishment Clause case,_ Arizona Christian School Tuition Organization v. Winn_.

In addition to being a professor and associate dean at the law school, Professor Garnett is Concurrent Professor of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame.
