Professor Jenuwine Hosts Retreat for Adult Guardianship Task Force

Professor Michael Jenuwine hosted the Indiana Adult Guardianship State Task Force retreat at the Law School March 18 & 19. The working group of 24 judges, lawyers, and service providers discussed needed revisions in the guardianship code, and strategies for reform. The task force plans to produce a white paper of its recommendations and present it before the next state legislative session in the fall.
