Check out the website below to see the results of the 2008 Summer Research Experience Survey recently completed by our 2L’s and 3L’s.
Sixty-two percent of respondents did a large amount of research this past summer; twelve percent only did a small amount.
Ninety-eight percent of the 125 ND students who worked with summer associates from other schools considered their research skills much better than (8%), better than (48%) or the same as (42%) those of their peers.
More students used Westlaw (37%) than Lexis (21%), but 42% respondents used both databases. Only two students did not use either database.
Most respondents (87%) used electronic sources for their research at least 70% of the time. Nineteen percent used electronic resources exclusively.
