Howard & Howard is pleased to recognize Zachary Gordon as a new shareholder of the firm. Gordon practices in the firm’s Las Vegas office. Gordon's practice is primarily focused on protecting clients’ brands through trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. Gordon counsels clients on a variety of general business matters, including drafting and negotiating license agreements and preparing franchise-related documents and disclosures.
