Umair Karowadia, ‘19 J.D.

Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce that Umair Karowadia has joined the firm as an associate in the Tax Planning & Business Transactions group in the Houston office. Karowadia focuses his practice on entity formation, governance, internal restructuring, and business succession planning. Prior to joining the firm, Karowadia was an associate in KPMG’s M&A Tax Group.
