Professor Garnett is receiving the Honorable Guido Calabresi Fellowship in Religion and Law and delivering the Calabresi Lecture at the St. Thomas More Catholic Chapel & Center at Yale University October 27. The lecture is set for 7 p.m. and entitled “Freedom for Religion: Understanding the Separation of Church and State.”

Professor Garnett gave another talk, “Render Unto Caesar: The Role of Faith in the Public Square,” at Wabash College on October 25.

On October 21 he was the guest for the hour-long Wisconsin Public Radio program “At Issue with Ben Merens” where the topic was the First Amendment and the constitutional arguments over the separation of church and state. You can listen to that discussion here.
