Professor Bauer in Hong Kong to teach, lecture on antitrust law

Professor Joseph P. Bauer taught a mini-course in American Antitrust Law to a Competition Law class at Hong Kong University March 7 – March 17. The students were a mixture of practitioners, government officials, and LL.B. and LL.M. students.

On March 18 Professor Bauer was an invited speaker at a Global Law & Economics Series Conference on Competition Law and the State: International and Comparative Perspectives. Professor Bauer’s presentation was on the Noerr-Pennington Doctrine, which is part of American antitrust law. The Conference was co-organized by University College London and Hong Kong University in Hong Kong.
