Philip C. Maier, ‘15 J.D.

Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Philip Maier has been promoted to senior counsel, effective January 1, 2025. Maier is a member of the Business practice group in the Boise office. Philip counsels private company clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, and other general business matters in addition to private equity and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and exit transactions.
