Peter C. Lutz, ’86 J.D.

Hodgson Russ is pleased to announce that Peter Lutz has joined the firm as a Partner in the Real Estate and Finance Practice in its Rochester office. Lutz provides advice and counsel on all aspects of commercial real estate matters, including leases, lending and purchases and sales of real property. Lutz has clients that include commercial lenders, real estate developers, regional health systems, health insurance companies and individuals. Lutz was also highlighted in the 2019 Upstate New York Super Lawyers in the area of Employment & Labor. Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Lutz was a member at the law firm of Bond, Schoeneck & King.
