Natalie Warrick Kosydar ’12 J.D.

Jackson Walker is pleased to announce that Natalie Kosydar '12 J.D. has been promoted to partner in the firm’s Dallas office as a member of the Corporate & Securities group. Kosydar is a transactional attorney specializing in complex mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate transactions, executive employment and compensation arrangements, equity financing transactions, and corporate governance. Outside of her practice, Kosydar serves on Jackson Walker’s Recruiting Committee and is a regular contributor to Nepris as a mentor to students of all levels.
