Monica Patankar, ‘07 J.D.

Monica Patankar, a partner in the law firm of Piccony & Patankar, P.C. in Aurora, Illinois, was awarded the Kane County Bar Association Community Service Award. Patankar received this honor from her fellow attorneys and members of the legal profession for her dedication to her community and in recognition of her civic and leadership activities. Patankar concentrates her practice in the areas of tax law, estate planning, real estate and family law. Patankar is an active member of the legal and philanthropic community and serves on the board of the Equality Dream Team, MMC Chicago and won the title of Miss Illinois for America, devoting hundreds of hours to community service.
