Michael Scanlon, Jr., ‘79 BA, ‘82 J.D.

MG+M is pleased to announce that it has elevated Michael Scanlon to partner, effective January 1, 2025. Scanlon practices in the area of complex civil litigation and defends manufacturers and distributors of raw materials and finished products against product liability, general liability and premises liability claims. The products involved range from heavy construction equipment, trucks, forklifts, and diesel engines to medical devices, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Scanlon has extensive experience litigating and managing complex, multi-party toxic tort litigation in California, Oregon and Washington involving claims of exposure to asbestos, talc and silica.
