Matthew P. Feeney, ’79 BA, ’83 J.D.

Matthew Feeney, a partner in the Snell & Wilmer Phoenix office, has assumed the firm’s chairmanship. Feeney takes over for John J. Bouma, who steps down from the position after leading the firm for more than 30 years. Feeney’s practice is concentrated in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, and corporate governance matters, including advising corporate boards and board committees.
