Matt Bozzelli ’99, ’02 J.D.

Matt Bozzelli ’99, ’02 J.D. has become senior vice president and general counsel for Southern Company Services after previously serving as deputy general counsel.

Bozzelli joined the company in September 2014 and has overseen day-to-day legal support of SCS’s administrative and operational clients, specializing in corporate, energy regulation, legal operations and technology practice. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his juris doctor from Notre Dame Law School. Bozzelli is on the board of directors for the Georgia Appleseed Center for Law and Justice as well as the Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs.

Bozzelli transitioned into his new role on April 1.
