Santori is a member of the Corporate & Securities – Technology group, and his practice spans transactional, regulatory and litigation advice for companies in the financial services and technology industries. A thought leader on Bitcoin and its ecosystem, Santori counsels banks, financial institutions and fintech startups on the risks and rewards of distributed ledgers. He leads the firm’s Digital Currency & Blockchain Technology team—an interdisciplinary group of attorneys setting legal standards across the globe in this emerging field. He is Chairman of the Bitcoin Foundation’s Regulatory Affairs Committee and Policy Counsel to Blockchain, the world’s most popular Bitcoin wallet.
