Manish S. Antani, ’09 J.D.

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Manish Antani has joined the Firm as an associate in the Corporate, M&A and Securities group in its Los Angeles office. Antani joins from Eisner Jaffe PC. He concentrates his international practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and licensing and distribution agreements, with a strong emphasis in technology and apparel. He also has significant venture capital experience, including drafting and negotiating governing documents for target companies and investors. His joint venture experience includes drafting and negotiating JV agreements in a variety of industries in connection with domestic and international deals.
