Faegre Drinker is pleased to announce that Kellilyn Greco was promoted to partner, effective January 1, 2025. Greco practices in the firm’s Chicago office. Greco is a part of the firm’s investment management practice group and counsels investment advisers, investment companies and their boards of directors on issues arising under the federal securities laws, particularly the Investment Company Act of 1940.
