Kathaleen S. McCormick, ’04 J.D.

Young Conaway partner, Kathaleen McCormick was confirmed as Vice Chancellor in the Court of
Chancery during a special session of the Delaware Senate. McCormick was appointed by the Governor,
confirmed by a majority of the Senate and will serve for a term of 12 years. Previously McCormick
served as a partner in Young Conaway’s Corporate Counseling and Litigation Practice, where she focused
on corporate, commercial and alternative entity litigation in the Court of Chancery.
