Jeremy I. Levy, ’09 J.D.

Jeremy Levy, '09 J.D., has been elected to partnership at Pepper Hamilton, where he is a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the Berwyn, Penn., office. His practice is devoted primarily to mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Levy also represents public and private operating companies with respect to corporate governance matters, securities law compliance and corporate finance, and has experience counseling board members and senior management on the full range of legal matters, including governance, fiduciary duties and organizational matters.
