Ironclad, led by CEO Jason Boehmig ’12 J.D., raises $100M in Series D round

Jason Boehmig ’12 J.D., the co-founder and CEO of Ironclad, announced earlier this year that the San Francisco-based company raised $100 million in a Series D round. Ironclad builds contracts software for legal teams.

Boehmig wrote on Ironclad’s blog, “With this financing, we aim to solve the most important unsolved problem of modern business: the problem of business contracting.”
