In Memoriam: Michael Scott Williamson, ‘65, ‘68 J.D.

It is with a heavy heart that the law school announces the passing of Michael Scott Williamson on November 18, 2020 after a courageous struggle with Lewy Body Dementia. Upon graduation, Williamson started practicing law with a Chicago firm, and, in 1978, he moved his family to Atlanta, and began working as Associate General Counsel for Siemens where he remained for most of his 40 year legal career.
