Ethan Beswick has been named General Counsel for the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA). Beswick has extensive background in both corporate and aviation law, and since 2022 served as Legal Counsel for EAA, providing counsel and handling complex commercial matters for the organization including numerous agreements and contracts relating to the annual EAA AirVenture Oshkosh fly-in convention. In addition, Beswick is an avid aviation enthusiast, holding a commercial multi-engine pilot certificate and maintaining a Certified Flight Instructor certificate. He is also a member of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association. “Ethan’s diverse background is a real asset, as he can approach both legal and aviation matters with a unique perspective,” said Jack J. Pelton, EAA CEO and Chairman of the Board.
