Elizabeth “Libby” Klesmith, ‘14 J.D.

Tuesley Hall Konopa, LLP is pleased to announce that Libby Klesmith has been promoted to partner. Klesmith has been with the firm since 2014 and practices out of both the South Bend, Indiana and Cassopolis, Michigan offices. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, insurance defense, real estate law, and trademark law. She has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including medical malpractice, contract disputes, employment defense, and real estate transactions. “We are thrilled to welcome Libby as a partner,” said Eric Seigel, managing partner. “Her dedication to her clients, legal acumen, and deep commitment to the South Bend community embody the values we strive for at THK.
