Eileen Pruitt, ‘99 BA, ‘08 J.D.

Lippert Components, Inc. (“Lippert”) a wholly-owned subsidiary of LCI Industries, has promoted Eileen Pruitt to Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Senior Legal Counsel effective January 1, 2023. In this role, Pruitt will lead Lippert’s global human resources strategy and initiatives, reporting to Lippert President and CEO Jason Lippert. Lippert is a manufacturer and supplier of a broad array of highly engineered components for the leading original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”) in the recreation and transportation product markets, and the related aftermarkets of those industries. Prior to joining Lippert four years ago, Pruitt practiced law and was promoted to partner at a national law firm where she was responsible for employment related litigation, investigations, and client advising on related issues.
