Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Hardwick to shareholder of the firm. Hardwick is Vice Chair of the Real Estate Practice Area in the Washington, D.C. office. Hardwick focuses his practice in real estate law, specifically real estate financing, acquisition and disposition, and joint ventures. Hardwick has represented both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and auditing of complex office, retail, and industrial leases.
