Reed Smith is pleased to announce that Daniel McClain '12 J.D. has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Group in New York. McClain will focus his practice on providing transactional teams with benefits and executive compensation, plans, advice and counsel. McClain joins from Baker Hostetler and brings nearly 10 years of experience advising transactional teams on employee benefits, ERISA, and the executive compensation aspects of business transactions.
