Daniel J. Gallegos, ‘00 B.B.A., ’05 J.D.

Daniel Gallegos has been appointed by Governor Susana Martinez as a judge on the New Mexico Court of Appeals, the state’s second-highest court. Immediately prior to his appointment to the bench, Judge Gallegos was a staff attorney with the New Mexico Court of Appeals. He previously served as a felony prosecutor, handling domestic violence cases and crimes against children. Judge Gallegos currently serves as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy Reserve JAG Corps.
