Damarius Miller, ’13 J.D.

Winstead PC is pleased to announce that Damarius “Mauri” Miller has joined its firm in the Dallas office. Miller represents public and private companies in areas of corporate and securities law, including corporate formation and structure, general corporate matters and other related transactions. He is an entrepreneur and business owner with an e-commerce startup in the beauty and fashion industry. At Notre Dame Law School, Mauri was active in local and regional levels of the Black Law Students Association and served as president of the Sports, Communications, and Entertainment Law Forum. He previously worked as an associate in the Indianapolis office of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP.
