Wilson is founder and CEO of NOVA Fitness Innovation, a New York-based network of boutique fitness studios.

Before becoming a professional trainer and launching NOVA, Wilson spent three years as a litigator and five years as general counsel at an independent sports agency where he represented professional athletes.
