Caitlin Dahl, a woman with long brown hair, wearing a gray blazer and a gold necklace, smiles while looking off to the side in front of a blurred office window.

Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that Caitlin Dahl has been promoted to partner in the firm’s Chicago office. Dahl is a member of the complex commercial litigation practice and litigation and trial department. She represents companies across industries in a variety of litigation matters, including company-threatening business-to-business disputes, trade secret misappropriation cases, mass arbitrations, and class actions. In addition, Dahl has devoted considerable time to pro bono work, representing students with disabilities, asylum applicants, victims of domestic abuse, a class of prisoners alleging Eighth Amendment violations, and a class of lawful permanent residents seeking to serve in the United States military.
