Andrew Sullivan has been promoted to General Counsel of Risk Placement Services, Inc., a division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. located in the Greater Chicago Area. Sullivan advises the business on a wide variety of issues including: regulatory & legal compliance, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and employment matters. Previously, Sullivan served as litigation counsel for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
