Special Education Law Clinic Workshop
Join the Notre Dame Law School Special Education Law Clinic for an informational workshop designed for parents of children with disabilities (ages 3–22), local disability rights groups, and anyone interested in special education law.
Participants will:

Learn about the clinic’s services and how it supports families in the local community

Understand Article 7’s Procedural Safeguards, including parents’ rights under the law and how to exercise them

Gain practical tools and knowledge to advocate for children’s educational needs
