The Notre Dame Moot Court Board will be hosting the 7th Annual National Appellate Advocacy Tournament for Religious Freedom on October 29th and 30th in Eck Hall. 

Schedule:

  • Saturday, Oct. 29 at 12:30pm EST: Lecture by Judge David R. Stras of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, “What My Grandparent’s Experiences in the Holocaust Taught me about the First Amendment.”

    • Sponsored by the Notre Dame Moot Court Board and 2022 Religious Freedom Tournament  
    • Location: Notre Dame Eck Hall of Law, McCartan Courtroom
    • All Tournament participants, judges, and NDLS students are invited to attend. Because seating is limited, admittance will require a seat reservation.

    • Panel: Judge Stephen R. Clark of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Ms. Francesca G. Matozzo of the Notre Dame Religious Liberty Clinic, and Mr. Bradley Girard of Americans United for Separation of Church and State.
