China's legal system is of particular importance for global trade and the management of intellectual property rights across jurisdictions. What values are at the heart of China's legal system and intellectual property rules, and how do they shape the terms of our human flourishing? How is innovation defined in China and what does that mean for inventors and creators of intellectual property both around the world and in the United States?
