Indiana Court of Appeals Oral Argument

Indiana’s second highest Court will conduct an oral argument with a panel consisting of Judge Terry A. Crone, Judge Robert R. Altice, and Judge Elizabeth F. Tavitas. The court will hear Joseph Hipps, et al. v. Biglari Holdings Inc., et al. 

The oral argument will conclude with a question and answer session.
