About the Lecture

Mediation in criminal cases is an extremely important tool for restorative justice. Unfortunately, according to the statistics, in Poland it is used rather rarely. This lecture will explore why that is and discuss the challenges and opportunities in Central Europe.

The lecture is free and open to the public.  Lunch will be served while supplies last.

Dr. Grzegorz Skrobotowicz (Ph.D., MBA) is from the Department of Criminal Executive Law, Faculty of Law, Canon Law, and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Poland.
