The Second Amendment in Practice: A Non-Partisan Primer on Guns and Gun Ownership

This event will consist of a presentation by the NDSP regarding the 2nd Amendment in practice. They will discuss issues that are frequently brought up in the law and media regarding firearms and explaining what terms mean and how everything works. They will also discuss how to handle, present, and store firearms as evidence in a trial setting.

This event is designed to help students see past the propaganda on both sides of the aisle and actually understand the issue.
