Garnett will discuss current and emerging legal issues involving faith, church-state relations, and the exercise of religion at a free, public lecture sponsored jointly by the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Tucson and the Rehnquist Center at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
