Professor David Strauss on the Hobby Lobby SCOTUS Case & Religious Exemptions (Presented by ACS)

Professor David Strauss is a Constitutional Law Professor at the University of Chicago Law School. Professor Strauss has written extensively critiquing Originalism, First Amendment issues, and a variety of other Constitutional Law Issues.
