Faculty Colloquium

This is a chapter for the forthcoming multi-volume Oxford Guide to European Law. I’m hoping over the next six months or so to build it up into an article for American law reviews entitled something like “What the European Union Can Tell Us About Federalism”. So my presentation will try to pick out the themes of the Oxford chapter that I think would be most interesting to develop in that article. This colloquium will hopefully help me figure out (a) if this project will work at all and (b) what the new article should focus on.
