Kresge Law Library
Here a talented staff, quality collection, and splendid physical facility combine to make the law library one of the law school’s finest assets. The beautiful reading room with its Gothic-themed architecture is filled with natural light and features attractive study spaces. Located on four floors in Biolchini Hall of Law, the law library includes seating for 550 – with 150 individual study carrels. There are 26 study rooms for collaborative study. We hope that seated in these comfortable surroundings, assisted by knowledgeable staff, you’ll be inspired to do your best while preparing for class or conducting extensive research.

The Program on Intellectual Property & Technology Law promotes research on a broad range of topics related to innovation, creativity, technology, and entrepreneurship.

The Program on Law & Economics seeks to promote research and scholarship in law and economics, law and the social sciences, and law and business.
Program on Law & Market Behavior
The Research Program on Law and Market Behavior at Notre Dame Law School (ND LAMB) is dedicated to promoting foundational research about a range of timely legal and policy issues at the intersection of law and market behavior.
Program on Private Law
The Program on Private Law extends the impact of research being done by Notre Dame Law faculty in the field of private law, and it benefits students by helping the Law School widen its private law course offerings and by supporting student involvement in faculty research projects.
