Edward Sullivan

Adjunct Professor of Law

Ed Sullivan has extensive experience in commercial litigation and has represented large and small businesses and individuals in lawsuits, arbitrations, administrative proceedings and mediations involving a wide array of issues, including contract disputes,director and officer liability, personal injury defense, employment disputes and premises liability defense.

Sullivan has extensive trial experience and shares that expertise teaching trial skills as team leader for an annual deposition training seminar conducted by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) each year in Indianapolis. Through his association with NITA, Sullivan has conducted "in-house" training seminars on trial skills for some of the world's leading law firms in New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago and Los Angeles. Sullivan has a focus in representing public schools, and he is the leader of the Faegre Baker Daniels school law team. He is a frequent contributor to the Indiana School Boards Association seminars and has presented at conferences for the National School Boards Association as well as the Council of School Attorneys.
