With primary responsibility for the Admissions Office Information System, Ms. Noecker joined the admissions staff in January 1999. Ms. Noecker shares responsibility for the efficient processing of applications and also is responsible for producing much of the Office’s written communications with prospective applicants as well as a variety of reports for the office.
